G. Roman Gupta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California, currently in private practice with Through The Woods Therapy Center. He specializes in helping children, adults, couples, and families heal from trauma, substance abuse, and co-dependency. Roman’s passion is to support people in healing the wounds of the past, fostering a loving relationship with themselves and with others, and becoming comfortable in their own skin. He brings ten years of experience in practical expressions of mindfulness and its impact on maintaining good mental and emotional health.

Kyle Sears is the pastor of La Cañada Congregational Church. His faith has helped him process his own feelings of abandonment and insufficiency after the trauma of his parents’ divorce. Through his own journey, as well as the work of leading others to know themselves and their spiritual quest, he continues to hone his understanding of our mind-body-soul connections. Mindfulness does not come easy, and Kyle’s experience (and struggle) with developing practices of mindfulness helps others navigate these initial expressions. With twenty years of experience in guiding people on their spiritual journey, Kyle is passionate to see others awaken to new possibilities.
